What we collect
- When you send the quote form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the problem you pick, any details you type, and the page you sent it from.
- When you call: the date, time, length of the call and the number you called from. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals.
- Basic site analytics, such as pages visited and the type of device, collected through cookies or similar tools.
How we use it
We use your information to connect you with a local contractor about your request, to follow up on that request, and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share your contact details and request with one independent local contractor so they can contact you about it. That contractor handles your information under its own policies. We also use service providers to host the site, store form submissions and route calls, and they may process your information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as needed to handle the referral and keep basic business records, then delete them.
Your choices
To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We will answer within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
